Spectacular service is an understatement and yet the feel is anything but pretentious. Run by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse since 1997, it has not lost steam in the twelve years that have followed. People still visit often and repeatedly (reservations are recommended), and customerís are still delighted every time Ė itís hard to find something that isnít first-rate.
